What changed in DropUI
New Features
- A new WhatsApp channel - send campaigns to opted-in recipients using message templates, personalized content, media, and buttons.
- WhatsApp conversations directly in DropUI - reply to customers, browse message history, see unread replies, and preview attachments.
- A unified contact list for campaign submissions and imports - manage contact details and WhatsApp consent in one place.
- Contact imports from CSV and Excel files, with data previews, error and duplicate detection, and the option to include WhatsApp consent recorded in the file.
- Collect consent for multiple communication channels through campaign forms, including WhatsApp, email, SMS, and phone calls.
- A new “Stores and installation” section - manage stores, their domains, and installation status. Choose the specific addresses where each campaign should appear.
- A new account and first-store setup flow, with region, platform, and billing country selection. Available platforms are matched to the selected region.
- Multiple language versions within a single campaign, with independently editable content and automatic language selection based on the store page.
- AI-powered campaign translation directly in the editor, with the option to manually refine or undo the applied translation.
- A shared balance for WhatsApp sending services and additional AI usage, with top-ups and spending history. Accounts billed through IdoSell use invoice billing instead of top-ups.
- Support for the Brazilian market, including Brazilian Portuguese versions of the dashboard and editor, plus billing in BRL.
- Native integration of WordPress https://wordpress.org/plugins/dropui/
Fixes and Improvements
- A refreshed dashboard design - clearer campaign lists, forms, tabs, notices, and action menus.
- More realistic campaign previews on a sample store page, adapted for desktop, tablet, and mobile.
- The campaign platform is now determined automatically from the connected store, with the available conditions and store data in the editor adjusted accordingly.
- Simpler Feed setup - select a saved store address instead of entering the domain again.
- Clearer IdoSell billing - a breakdown of WhatsApp and AI usage for the current billing period, with warnings when approaching the spending limit.
- Better coordination between multiple DropUI popups, reducing overlapping windows and respecting the current display conditions.
- Improved Web Push analytics - summaries, charts, and exports consistently reflect the selected date range.
- The AI assistant better distinguishes help questions from requests to modify a campaign, reducing the risk of unintended edits.
